“There is hope, even when your brain tells you there isn’t.” John Green, Author

Caleb greets his client’s bravery in asking for help with compassion, warmth, and understanding and aims to establish safety and trust in all his counselling relationships.

He believes that hope is the result of realizing that we have a choice in almost every circumstance and that contentment comes from choosing to change ourselves rather than others. He has worked with youth and adult clients who have experienced anxiety, depression, self esteem, stress, relationship conflict, and life transitions, but welcomes clients with different concerns and from all stages of life.

Caleb is currently completing his master’s degree in counselling psychology at Trinity Western University.
